Hi, this not an easy question since there is not one single pasodoble which is the oficial pasodoble of the fiesta taurina.
Diferent plazas and areas use different pasodobles in their programs. Although tThe pasodoble is the main type of music played during bullfights it is not the only since there are dianas and avisos usually played by a single air instrument to indicate specfic parts of the fiesta.
